Account Manager
We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing fintech company providing modern payment and acquiring solutions for international merchants. As the client portfolio continues to expand, we are looking for an Account Manager who will ensure smooth, compliant, and high-quality support throughout every stage of the merchant lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with a deep understanding of fintech, onboarding processes, and ongoing merchant management.
What You’ll Do
- Assist merchants throughout all stages of cooperation, including onboarding, integration, and post-integration support.
- Ensure every merchant in your portfolio remains compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare accurate, complete, and well-structured document packages for onboarding and reviews.
- Understand merchants’ business models and effectively present them to the Compliance team.
- Maintain, update, and quality-check merchant information in the CRM and internal systems.
- Manage merchant requests promptly, professionally, and proactively, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with assigned merchants.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of B2B experience in fintech or e-commerce, ideally involving merchant onboarding or account management.
- Understanding of corporate documentation across various jurisdictions.
- Hands-on experience working with CRM systems and structured workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Positive, determined, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent command of English, Latvian, and Russian.
