Our client, a prominent player in real estate development, is currently in search of a proactive Head of Civil Engineering Projects to join their growing team in Riga. The company is entering a new phase of growth and is eager to achieve further success.
Role Overview:
As the Head of Civil Engineering Projects at Astor Group, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of civil engineering projects, from conception to completion. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing projects within budgetary constraints and adhering to strict schedules to meet deadlines.
- Ensuring that projects are executed cost-effectively and completed on time.
- Taking charge of project finances, tracking expenses, and controlling costs.
- Exploring innovative solutions to achieve cost savings.
You’ll collaborate closely with a dynamic team of architects, designers, and other key stakeholders to deliver outstanding results. Monitoring resource allocation and enhancing project efficiency will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will act as the main point of contact for government agencies, contractors, and other external partners, providing regular updates and progress reports.
Compensation:
During the 3-month trial period, the salary for this position is between 2100-2200 EUR Net. After successfully completing the trial period, the fixed part of the salary will increase to 2400-2800 EUR Net. The role also includes health insurance coverage and travel expenses between sites. KPI-based bonuses are available after the trial period and can be discussed based on your performance.
