The Role
Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs that align with the organization’s goals and support employee growth. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including department heads, to identify training needs, develop relevant content, and deliver engaging learning experiences. You will also be engaged in recruitment and other HR activities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and conduct thorough training needs assessments.
- Develop and implement effective training programs and initiatives that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Create and deliver engaging training content, utilizing a variety of methods such as workshops, e-learning modules, and coaching sessions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to optimize learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding career development opportunities within the organization.
- Partner with HR colleagues to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist, preferably with a focus on training and development.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluent Latvian, professional level of Russian and English languages.
