Our client, a UK-based and FCA-licensed payment facilitator that provides payment services for merchants is looking for an experienced IT Analyst to join their ever-evolving team in Riga to manage and maintain their CRM system.
The role
The main responsibilities include managing and maintaining Company’s CRM system (Zoho CRM) and Business process orchestration engine (Corezoid).
Responsibilities
– Evaluate existing IT processes and suggest improvements
– Analyse and collect user requirements for the system
– Organize and implement new systems and components
– Prepare tasks and ensure quality development delivery in a timely manner
– Configure and support internal financial IT systems Create documentation outlining process improvements
Requirements
– Experience in IT support or system administration
– Experience in CRM administration
– Strong technical skills in Zoho CRM configuration, customization, and integration are considered an advantage
– Experience with data analysis and reporting
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Proper English and Russian
