Our client, a successful FinTech, specializing in gateway solutions for accepting online payments from customers in fiat and crypto, as well as offering industry-leading client support and easy-to-use, powerful software products, is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join their team in their beautiful office in Riga.
Responsibilities
- Perform the full client underwriting and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Support and coordinate the underwriting and onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely completion.
- Collect necessary information and documentation from clients to fulfill compliance requirements.
- Liaise with banks and PSPs regarding compliance requests, ensuring accurate and prompt responses.
Requirements
- Excellent proficiency in English and Russian – writing and verbal.
- Familiarity with compliance, risks, and onboarding procedures.
- Capability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Readiness to take the lead and accomplish objectives in a constantly changing environment.
- Capacity to establish connections and work collaboratively with others.
- Ability to utilize creative approaches to tackle tasks and address obstacles.
- Experience in the fintech or e-commerce industries is considered an advantage.
