We seek a talented individual with a successful track record in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in IT and Finance (but don’t worry if you’ve worked with different clients, we will teach you everything). Fluent proficiency in English, Latvian, and Russian is required. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as a friendly and approachable personality.
What you’ll be doing 🚀
As our Recruiter, your responsibilities will include finding various types of specialists in different fields such as IT, fintech, retail, production, logistics, and more. These could be C-level managers, developers, CRMs, administrators, and other skilled professionals. You will communicate with potential candidates and clients, as well as develop and execute new strategies to reach your target audience.
