Senior Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading award-winning software, and aircraft design developer FIXAR, with HQ in Riga, is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join their growing innovative team. Since its foundation in 2018, the company has completed R&D, delivered two serial models of drones to the market, launched sales, and entered the international market.


  • Marketing Strategy Development and Implementation. Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple markets.
  • Public Relations Leadership. Spearhead the company’s PR activities, particularly in connection with product launches, ensuring a positive and impactful media presence.
  • Event Strategy and Management. Drive the company’s participation in key industry events, focusing on lead generation and increasing awareness among target audiences.
  • Lead Generation in Complex B2B Markets. Utilize unconventional strategies to reach and engage specific audiences in challenging B2B sectors such as Security, Defense, and Government.
  • Effective Communication and Online/Offline Presence. Manage the company’s online and offline communications, oversee website content and SEO, and create compelling materials to enhance organic traffic and facilitate growth.
  • Strategic Branding. Ensure that the product positioning is current and aligns with market trends. Monitor and refine all marketing activities to maintain a strong competitive position.
  • Content Development and Copywriting. Demonstrate strong copywriting skills by creating and editing diverse marketing materials. Apply general SEO knowledge to optimize content for online visibility and engagement.
  • Comprehensive Ownership of Marketing Activities. Take full ownership of all marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals.
  • Team, Budget, and Contractors Management. Effectively manage internal teams and external contractors, providing clear guidance and support to achieve marketing objectives.


  • ¬†5+ years of experience in b2b marketing in an English-speaking environment in the tech business/engineering products/startups.
  • Demonstrated copywriting and content creation skills for developing engaging marketing materials.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and executing key industry events.
  • Knowledge of up-to-date marketing and sales technologies, platforms, and tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM (e.g., Pipedrive).
  • Experience with organic and paid acquisition channels like content development, content curation, event management, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and metrics analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of website CMS and analytics tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics).
  • ¬†Experience within Defense/ UAVs is a huge plus.
