Senior Sales Manager

Our client, a leading award-winning drone manufacturer, is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join their team. This person is the key driver of sales processes happening worldwide, as well as a mentor and leader for the other 2 team members. 


The Role:

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving the company’s growth and success in the global market. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and managing key client relationships, contributing to market expansion, and playing a pivotal role in achieving the company’s sales objectives. 




  • Collaborate with the executive team to formulate effective sales strategies that align with the company’s business goals and target markets;
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction;
  • Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities, analyze competitor activity, and stay updated with industry trends;
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets, implement corrective actions when needed, and provide regular reports to management;
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure profitable business opportunities;
  • Active participation in exhibitions, events, and webinars;
  • Identify and collaborate with strategic partners to expand the company’s distribution network and increase market reach.



  • Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role in engineering/ software/ IoT business domains
  • Fluent English in order to communicate with potential customers all over the world. 
  • Understanding the aerospace or drone industry is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
