HR Specialist

Our client is a small private bank providing a full array of banking services to businesses across the Baltics. With a strong emphasis on personalized service, financial management, and modern technological solutions, they are expanding and looking for an HR Specialist to strengthen their dedicated HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, ensuring smooth recruitment workflows.
  • Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with local labour laws.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR matters.
  • Coordinate HR projects, including employee engagement, training, and well-being initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance HR processes and support business needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an HR role, preferably in FinTech, banking, or financial services (a plus but not mandatory).
  • Recruitment experience or a strong background in recruitment is an advantage.
  • Professional proficiency in Latvian (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
  • Good understanding of local labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
