Our client, a Canada-licensed fintech company offering innovative payment solutions is looking for its first Key Account Manager to join the team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of best practices and play a pivotal role in shaping client relationship strategies in a fast-growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned eCommerce clients.
- Lead the onboarding process for new merchants.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, especially Compliance and Risk, to implement tailored fintech solutions.
- Ensure compliance with KYC procedures and work closely with Compliance to manage regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic advice grounded in a deep understanding of client needs and market trends.
- Proactively resolve client queries and concerns to deliver a positive client experience.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as an Account Manager or in a client-facing role within fintech or a related industry.
- Professional proficiency in English and Russian.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
