Business Development Manager (EU Outbound B2B Sales)
We’re supporting a UK-licensed fintech company in hiring a Business Development Manager to strengthen its presence across the EU. The role is fully remote (with occasional travel) and focused on outbound sales — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international B2B environment and enjoys building relationships from the first cold contact to closed deal.
The company provides multi-currency B2B wallets, FX and payment solutions to clients in low- and medium-risk industries. Offices in 5 countries. Strong compliance. Clear targets. No micromanagement.
What You’ll Do
- Drive outbound business development efforts targeting clients across the European Union.
- Identify new opportunities and close deals with companies that need business accounts, FX services, and international payments.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and partners.
- Expand the partner network and contribute to sales channel growth.
- Gather insights from prospects to help improve product-market fit.
- Represent the company at relevant events and in direct client communications.
- Own your pipeline and deliver against clear commercial targets.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally in fintech, payments, e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS.
- Understanding of financial service needs of EU-based SMEs.
- Track record of closing deals with medium or low-risk companies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build trust remotely.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and digital sales processes.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Based in the EU or a nearby time zone.
- Open to business travel (conferences, key meetings), but no need to work from an office.
