Chief Product Officer (CPO)
Our client is a fast-growing fintech company developing innovative payment solutions for international markets. Their mission is to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly financial technologies that empower merchants and customers worldwide.
To support the company’s rapid expansion, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to define and execute the global product strategy — ensuring a seamless merchant experience, timely delivery of storefront solutions, and sustainable business growth.
What You’ll Do
Merchant Experience & Support
- Build and lead a 24/7 Merchant Support Team ensuring SLA compliance (30-minute response).
- Establish and continuously optimize operational processes for:
- Merchant inquiry handling
- Chargeback and dispute management
- Collaboration with anti-fraud authorities (e.g., Kazakhstan State Anti-Fraud Center).
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define the product development strategy for the Transferty platform and new product lines.
- Conduct competitive market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Lead strategic workshops with executive leadership to align on business objectives.
- Maintain and update a clear product roadmap (Q3–Q4 2025 and beyond).
Storefront Development & Management
- Oversee the delivery of 3 new storefront types by the end of 2025.
- Manage the migration of the storefront team to a modern tech stack (WordPress) to improve delivery efficiency.
- Centralize storefront operations, including:
- Content and merchandising management
- Supervision of test purchases
- Handling of user and merchant requests.
- Ensure timely execution of all business and product requests by the storefront team.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as CPO, Head of Product, or Product Director in fintech, payments, or e-commerce.
- Excellent understanding of merchant operations, dispute processes, and anti-fraud mechanisms.
- Strong expertise in product management, storefront systems, and platform architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute product vision and strategy in high-growth environments.
- Leadership experience with a track record of building, mentoring, and scaling product and support teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with executive teams and stakeholders.
- English – Advanced (C1+) level required.
