Customer Retention Performance Lead

A fast-growing health and wellness brand offering premium nutritional products is seeking a Customer Retention Performance Lead to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. You’ll play a key role in developing and executing retention strategies that turn one-time buyers into long-term brand advocates.

What You’ll Do

Customer Retention & CRM Strategy

  • Design and implement multi-channel retention campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty programs, subscriptions).
  • Segment and personalize customer communications to drive engagement and repeat purchases.
  • Analyze churn rates, repeat purchase patterns, and customer lifetime value to refine strategy.
  • Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to align retention efforts with acquisition and brand initiatives.

Lifecycle & Automation Management

  • Build and optimize automated flows in CRM tools (welcome, win-back, post-purchase, subscription renewals).
  • Manage A/B testing of campaigns to identify winning messages and offers.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews to enhance retention strategies and CX improvements.

Data & Performance Tracking

  • Use Shopify analytics and CRM data to track retention KPIs (LTV, churn rate, repeat order rate, subscription growth).
  • Provide actionable insights and regular performance reports.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve loyalty and engagement based on data trends.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in e-commerce .
  • Proven ability to increase customer lifetime value and retention metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with customer data and segmentation.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English for crafting compelling customer messages.
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and how retention fits into the full funnel.
  • Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and a love for optimizing customer journeys.
