E-commerce Specialist (Shopify & Klaviyo)
We’re supporting a fast-growing health and wellness brand offering premium nutritional products in hiring an E-commerce Specialist with strong Shopify and Klaviyo skills to become the key operational support for the E-commerce Marketing team.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on day-to-day e-commerce operations, campaign delivery, and platform management. With a stable product range, the emphasis is on quality execution, email marketing, campaign support, and process reliability, allowing it to focus on strategy, growth initiatives, and customer retention. If you enjoy working with data, customer journeys, and operational marketing tasks in a growing consumer brand, this role is a strong fit.
What You’ll Do
Shopify — daily store operations
- Work daily with the Shopify admin panel
- Update banners, texts, and promotional blocks
- Maintain collections, tags, and site navigation
- Prepare landing pages for campaigns and promotions
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across the store
Klaviyo — email campaigns & automation
- Independently create and send email campaigns
- Work with segmentation
- Maintain and update automated flows
- Check content, logic, and setup before sending
Campaign execution & content delivery
- Prepare the website for promotional periods
- Upload, update, and verify campaign materials
- Collaborate with design and content teams
- Update and improve product and content pages
- Upload and manage visual assets
- Adapt content for campaigns and promotions
- Control timelines and delivery
Performance, reporting & operational coordination
- Collect operational data from Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics
- Identify issues, inconsistencies, and performance gaps
- Prepare reports using predefined templates
- Publish articles and handle basic SEO tasks
- Maintain tasks in a tracker
- Manage statuses, deadlines, and reminders
What You Bring
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify
- Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and structured thinking
- Ability to work with tasks, priorities, and deadlines
- Willingness to work in a support role and grow with the team
