We’re hiring for a UK-based fintech building a modern payment + acquiring platform for all-risk merchants (yes — the interesting ones). The portfolio is growing fast, and we need an Account Manager who can keep merchants happy, organized, and compliant — without losing the human touch.

What you’ll be doing

Own your merchant portfolio end-to-end, from onboarding to steady-state growth:

  • Guide merchants through onboarding, integration, and post-integration support
  • Make sure every merchant stays compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Build clean, complete onboarding / review document packages (zero chaos, maximum clarity)
  • Understand merchant business models and translate them into a story Compliance can approve confidently
  • Keep CRM + internal systems up-to-date, accurate, and audit-friendly
  • Handle merchant requests fast, proactively, and like you actually care
  • Build long-term relationships — you’re not just “support,” you’re the trusted point of contact

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years in B2B fintech or e-commerce (merchant onboarding / account management is ideal)
  • Confident with corporate documents across different jurisdictions
  • Comfortable in CRM workflows and structured processes
  • Strong communicator — you can explain, persuade, and align stakeholders
  • Independent, but collaborative (Compliance + Product + Ops will love you)
  • English + Latvian + Russian (excellent)
