Account Manager

A UK-licensed fintech company, renowned for its transformative impact on financial services, seeks a skilled Account Manager to fortify client relationships within the eCommerce sector, with a specialized focus on high-risk merchants. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned eCommerce clients, concentrating on high-risk merchant accounts.
  • Cultivate and uphold robust relationships to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, especially the Compliance and Risk departments, to implement and optimize fintech solutions tailored for eCommerce clients.
  • Ensure adherence to KYC procedures and collaborate closely with the Compliance team to navigate regulatory requirements effectively.
  • Offer strategic insights and guidance based on a profound understanding of client needs and industry trends.
  • Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and issues to foster a positive client experience.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the fintech industry, specializing in eCommerce and high-risk merchants.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Russian
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting targets and exceeding expectations.
