- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned eCommerce clients, concentrating on high-risk merchant accounts.
- Cultivate and uphold robust relationships to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, especially the Compliance and Risk departments, to implement and optimize fintech solutions tailored for eCommerce clients.
- Ensure adherence to KYC procedures and collaborate closely with the Compliance team to navigate regulatory requirements effectively.
- Offer strategic insights and guidance based on a profound understanding of client needs and industry trends.
- Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and issues to foster a positive client experience.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the fintech industry, specializing in eCommerce and high-risk merchants.
- Professional proficiency in English and Russian
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting targets and exceeding expectations.
