This position is tailored for individuals with a foundational background in payments, eager to dive into project management within the vibrant FinTech landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Tasks: Use Jira and Trello to keep projects on track.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a Head of Business Development, understand project needs, and ensure everyone is aligned.
- Communicate: Be the go-between for clients and developers, ensuring clear updates and feedback.
- Documentation: Keep records of project progress and decisions.
- Learn and Grow: Take on challenges, learn from them, and improve our processes along the way.
What You Need:
- Experience as a Project Manager or similar role (within FinTech or the Banking sector is an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills.
- A knack for organisation and problem-solving.
- Eagerness to learn project management tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of the payment cycle.
- Proper Russian and English languages.
- Interest in FinTech and a desire to grow in a tech-focused company.
