The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the acquisition and sale of companies, handling options, and overseeing equity sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for the purchase and sale of companies, ensuring alignment with the bank’s financial goals.
- Manage and negotiate deals involving options and equity stakes, maximizing value for the bank and its clients.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless transactions and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on transaction activities, market trends, and financial forecasts to senior management.
- Foster relationships with key business partners and industry professionals to expand the bank’s corporate network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate finance, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, equity sales, and financial market operations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make well-informed decisions based on comprehensive data analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to interact effectively at all levels of the organization and with clients.
- Full professional proficiency in Latvian, English and Russian – at the professional level.
