Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new B2B customers onto the ATOM Mobility platform
  • Deliver online training sessions and introduce customers to new features
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer concerns related to the product, support, and billing
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding customer engagement
  • Act as the advocate for the customer’s perspective within the company

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a B2B SAAS customer success management role
  • Industry knowledge in automotive/mobility/technology is advantageous
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and listening skills
  • Proactive, energetic, and well-organized individuals with strong multitasking and prioritization capabilities are encouraged to apply.
