Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new B2B customers onto the ATOM Mobility platform
- Deliver online training sessions and introduce customers to new features
- Serve as the primary contact for customer concerns related to the product, support, and billing
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding customer engagement
- Act as the advocate for the customer’s perspective within the company
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a B2B SAAS customer success management role
- Industry knowledge in automotive/mobility/technology is advantageous
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and listening skills
- Proactive, energetic, and well-organized individuals with strong multitasking and prioritization capabilities are encouraged to apply.
