Our client is an emerging player in the DeFi space, currently developing a bitcoin-backed stablecoin. With $2M recently secured in funding and an impressive $19M in total value locked within the first three weeks of their point campaign, they’re building real momentum.
This is a lean, impact-driven team looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer ready to take charge of the technical stack and grow into a Tech Lead position. If you thrive in early-stage environments and want to leave your mark on a meaningful product, this could be the right opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of the core product
- Build both frontend and backend systems using React, Node.js, and MongoDB
- Collaborate on smart contract work (Solidity) and integrate it into the application
- Maintain infrastructure and deployment pipelines with AWS, Docker, and GitHub Actions
- Optimize for performance, scalability, and security
- Partner closely with the founders on shaping the roadmap and key decisions
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in fullstack development roles
- Proven success building DeFi products or trading applications
- Deep familiarity with Ethereum, EVM, and Solidity
- Strong practical skills with:
- TypeScript, React, Node.js
- Working knowledge of Go
- MongoDB, Docker, AWS, and GitHub Actions
- Previous experience mentoring or leading engineers
- Exposure to cross-chain or interoperability tech
- Curiosity about token models and governance structures
- Self-driven and adaptable to startup pace and ambiguity
- Comfortable communicating in English (B1 or above)
