We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team in Riga.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and analyze financial data including budgets, forecasts, and actuals to assess the company’s financial performance and standing
- Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and perform process analysis to identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability
- Assemble sophisticated reports summarizing financial status, risks, and recommendations to guide management decisions
- Track financial KPIs, reconcile transactions, and investigate variances from forecasts
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business drivers and provide data-backed insights
Qualifications:
- Education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a FinTech or high-growth technology environment
- Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills to effectively translate complex financial information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proper English and Russian language knowledge
Compensation and Benefits:
