Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain financial models.
- Employ Business Intelligence (BI) tools to extract insights and generate reports.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information through meticulous attention to detail.
- Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Banking experience is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of financial systems and processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role, with a preference for candidates with banking experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Latvian language proficiency at C1-C2 level; proficiency in Russian and English is an advantage.
- Open to new knowledge and practices.
