HR Business Partner (Full-cycle HR)
We’re partnering with a progressive company in the sustainable materials sector that’s scaling its operations and internal culture. With strong values, high-quality products, and a growing international footprint, this team is now looking for an HR Business Partner to take ownership of all things people: from recruitment and onboarding to retention, performance, and leadership development.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team, acting as a trusted partner and strategic contributor in shaping the future of the company’s culture and structure. This is a hands-on role with real influence and the freedom to build.
What You’ll Do
- Own the entire HR function across the employee lifecycle
- Drive recruitment: from role scoping and sourcing to interviewing and offer management
- Develop and implement internal HR processes and policies that support growth
- Partner with the CEO and team leads on organizational planning and team development
- Design and manage performance management processes
- Lead employer branding and employee engagement initiatives
- Act as the main point of contact for labor law, compliance, and HR documentation
- Coordinate L&D programs and training initiatives
- Identify and implement an HR system to support internal processes and payroll
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end HR roles, ideally in a fast-growing or product-led company
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Strong understanding of labor law and HR best practices in Latvia
- Experience building HR processes from scratch or scaling them
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
- Proactive communicator with strong people and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and directly with the CEO
- Fluent in Latvian and English languages
- Ability and readiness to travel to other company office within Latvia
