Key Account Manager

Our client, a UK-based Fintech company that offers alternative solutions for classical banking for business, is looking for Key Account Manager to join their team in the Riga office.

The Role

In this role, you will provide comprehensive financial advice and services to high-net-worth clients. This includes developing long-term relationships with clients, providing advice on risk management, and ensuring their business needs are met.

Responsibilities

– Managing day-to-day interactions with banks and payment institutions
– Helping companies pass KYC due diligence of the bank
– Ensure that documents and information prepared for the bank comply with the laws and regulations applicable to the assigned business area
– Negotiating with banks to open B2B accounts as part of business needs
– Process financial documents, analyze risk areas, and improve control and documentation procedures
– Complete ad-hoc tasks set by team leaders within agreed deadlines

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business discipline
– Relevant experience
– Excellent English communication skills
– Attention to detail and accuracy
– High sense of confidentiality and discretion
