  • Marketing Strategy Development and Implementation: Lead the conceptualization and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple markets in close collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Public Relations and Media Management: Take charge of the company’s PR activities, particularly during product launches, ensuring a positive and influential media presence. Strategic Event Planning: Drive the company’s participation in key industry events, focusing on lead generation and increased awareness among target audiences.
  • Navigating Complex B2B Markets: Devise innovative strategies to effectively engage specific audiences within challenging B2B sectors, including Security, Defense, and Government.
  • Holistic Brand Management: Ensure the current product positioning remains aligned with market trends. Continuously monitor and refine all marketing activities to maintain a strong competitive edge.
  • Content Strategy and Development: Showcase exceptional copywriting skills by overseeing the creation and editing of diverse marketing materials. Apply advanced SEO knowledge to optimize content for enhanced online visibility and engagement.
  • Comprehensive Oversight: Assume full responsibility for all marketing initiatives, ensuring their alignment with company objectives and goals.
  • Team and Resource Management: Effectively manage internal teams and external contractors, providing clear guidance and support to achieve marketing objectives.


  • At least 7 years of experience in senior B2B marketing roles within a technology-driven English-speaking environment, preferably in engineering products or startups.
  • Proven track record in leading and executing impactful industry events and comprehensive PR campaigns.
  • Expertise in contemporary marketing and sales technologies, platforms, and tools, with a demonstrated ability to leverage these resources effectively.
  • Proficiency in utilizing advanced marketing automation tools and managing CRM systems to enhance marketing operations.
  • In-depth experience with organic and paid acquisition channels, including content development, curation, event management, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Advanced understanding of website CMS and analytics tools. Significant experience within relevant sectors is highly advantageous.
