Personal Assistant / Family Office
We’re supporting a private investor and family office in hiring a Personal Assistant / Family Office Support to help manage both personal and selected business-related tasks.
This role combines personal assistance with business and operational support and is ideal for someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable handling a wide range of practical tasks.
What You’ll Do
Personal & Household Support (70%)
- Coordinate day-to-day household and personal matters.
- Manage schedules, errands, appointments, and personal correspondence.
- Organise and execute practical tasks end-to-end (e.g. select furniture -> arrange payment -> receive delivery).
- Coordinate with service providers, vendors, contractors, and household staff.
- Travel around Riga when needed (own car and driving licence required; all expenses reimbursed).
Business & Operational Support (30%)
- Plan and organise business meetings and calendars.
- Arrange business trips and travel (tickets, accommodation, itineraries, documentation).
- Support coordination between business teams and external partners.
- Work with documents, incoming mail, and basic administrative tasks.
What You Bring
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar support role.
- Fluent Russian, Latvian, and English, spoken and written.
- Valid driver’s licence and own car.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing needs.
