Product Manager with Marketing Expertise

A big international group of brokerage companies offering trading solutions with licensed branches in many geographies is looking for a Product Manager with Marketing Expertise! This role is perfect for a dynamic individual from the brokerage marketing sector to strengthen the global market presence.

Role overview

In this role, the individual will be at the intersection of product development and marketing, creating and promoting impactful information waves.

Key responsibilities

Client and Market Insights:

  • Grasping the nuances, markets, tools, traders, and investors, and communicating effectively with them.  
  • Conducting market research and data analysis to gain insights into customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends. 
  • Studying the company’s products and translating functional and technical details into customer benefits.
  • Collaborating with product development and marketing teams to develop compelling, differentiated product messaging and positioning throughout the customer journey.


Product and Marketing Synergy:

  • Developing and executing product marketing strategies (pricing, bundling, product launching, advertising) and plans to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for the products. 
  • Creating and driving informational campaigns that blend product management with marketing strategies. 

Market Adaptation: 

  • Understanding and adapting to business trends, creating relevant informational or advertising waves. 
  • Delivering effective sales enablement tools, including sales presentations and product training materials.
  • Demonstrating measurable results in increasing market reach and product sales


Product Analysis: 

  • Overseeing the product line, understanding market needs, and composing bundles/adapting products. 
  • Collaborating closely with sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Monitoring and analyzing relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback from existing and prospective customers to assess products and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and providing data-driven recommendations for optimization. 
  • Ensuring that corrective action takes place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives is within designated budgets.

 

What you need

  • Experience in the brokerage or trading business domain.
  • Product management expertise.
  • 2-3 years in marketing within a brokerage company, with a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • To be a highly self-motivated person with the ability to deliver results without micromanagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, team collaboration, and interaction with various company departments.
  • Creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced market environment.
  • A keen eye for product details and a drive for continuous improvement and development.
  • Ability to organize and execute marketing campaigns for products.
