We’re looking for someone with experience in recruitment, HR project management, or talent acquisition—someone who thrives on coordinating people and processes. You’re organized, resourceful, and confident leading end-to-end hiring projects. You communicate, keep track of timelines, and juggle multiple client needs without sweat. Fluency in English is essential, as well as in Latvian or Russian.
What you’ll be doing:
– Coordinate full-cycle recruitment projects from start to finish
– Collaborate with clients across IT, fintech, logistics, retail, and other sectors
– Source and interview candidates for roles ranging from mid-level specialists to executive positions
– Write and post engaging job ads
– Manage pipelines, schedules, and reporting
– Work closely with our recruitment and branding team to ensure smooth delivery
– Maintain top-notch candidate and client experiences throughout the process
