Sales Manager
We are supporting an international payment infrastructure provider operating in high-risk industries such as betting, iGaming, FX, and e-commerce. The company builds scalable payment solutions across multiple jurisdictions, working with banks, acquirers, and alternative payment providers worldwide.
This role is focused on active merchant acquisition and full-cycle B2B sales within the high-risk segment, with a strong emphasis on the European market.
What You’ll Do
- Actively attract and onboard new merchants in high-risk industries
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiations, presentations, and commercial offers
- Support clients from first contact through onboarding and launch
- Coordinate closely with compliance, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth merchant activation
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve individual sales targets and performance KPIs
- Operate in a fast-paced environment with short sales and onboarding cycles
What You Bring
- B2B sales experience in payments, fintech, or high-risk industries
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales pipelines
- High level of self-organization and result orientation
- Fluent English
- Existing industry network or warm contacts is a strong advantage
