They are looking for a motivated and organized Sales & Marketing Assistant to join their dynamic team.

The Role

As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping market presence and driving business growth. You will assist in the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies, leveraging your understanding of our cutting-edge technology to engage with a diverse range of clients. Your tasks will include market research, preparation of promotional materials, and support in managing client relationships. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, as you will be instrumental in identifying new sales opportunities and contributing to the marketing activities. You will be reporting to the CCO.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance existing client relationships, ensuring top-notch customer service for repeat business and referrals.
  • Communicate the unique benefits of nano-coatings to potential customers worldwide.
  • Keep sales pipeline busy with activity reports, updating CRM with pinpoint accuracy.
  • Conduct market research to uncover new insights and developments in the hydrogen industry.
  • Take a part in developing creative sales & marketing strategies to boost product/company’s visibility.
  • Collaborate across departments to reach common goals.
  • Represent the brand at global trade shows and industry events.
  • Provide essential administrative support.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in Sales or Marketing.
  • Great communication skills in English. Latvian and Russian will be considered as an advantage.
  • Ability to independently manage your time and tasks, thriving even without direct supervision.
  • Tech-savvyness, with a knack for Microsoft Office and an eagerness to learn new software and systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, Graphic/Web Design, or Social Media Marketing.


Salary:
€1,400 – €2,115 Gross, depending on experience.
