Our client, a reputable real estate development group with an impressive portfolio of successful projects, is currently seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to join their team. Role Overview:
As the Civil Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving engineering projects from concept to completion. Your technical expertise and project management skills will be vital in ensuring the successful delivery of complex development initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders will be instrumental in maintaining strong working relationships and achieving project goals.
This is a full-time on-site position (50/50: office/site visits). The HQ of the company is located in Pārdaugava.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with various departments, including design, construction, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Evaluate project requirements, identify potential challenges, and develop effective strategies to address them.
- Apply technical and mathematical proficiency to assess project feasibility, risk factors, and performance metrics.
- Implement and maintain project schedules, track progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in real estate development or a related industry.
- Strong technical and mathematical proficiency, enabling critical problem-solving and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Russian, and Latvian on a professional level.
- Outstanding multitasking abilities and the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, empowering teams to achieve project milestones and deliver results.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on precision and accuracy.
