Treasury Analyst

Our client is a forward-thinking and UK-based payment facilitator, renowned for its innovative payment solutions for merchants. Licensed by FCA, they are at the forefront of the fintech industry, providing secure and efficient payment services. We are currently seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their team in Riga.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise daily cash flow to ensure liquidity, while maximizing financial returns.
  • Analyze financial risk, including foreign exchange and interest rate exposure, recommending
  • effective hedging strategies.
  • Develop and maintain effective banking relationships, adhering to all regulatory and compliance
  • requirements.
  • Engage in the enhancement of treasury processes and technology for increased efficiency and
  • reliability.
  • Provide insightful financial forecasts and reports to senior management, underlining critical
  • financial trends and risk factors.
  • Support strategic financial initiatives, analyzing market data to inform investment and funding
  • decisions.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure integrated and efficient financial operations, aiding the
  • company’s growth objectives.

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Brings at least 2 years of relevant experience in treasury or finance, with a preference for backgrounds in fintech or financial services.
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of various financial instruments and markets.
  • Exhibits strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and communication proficiency.
  • Speaks English and Russian at a fully professional level.
