Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise daily cash flow to ensure liquidity, while maximizing financial returns.
- Analyze financial risk, including foreign exchange and interest rate exposure, recommending
- effective hedging strategies.
- Develop and maintain effective banking relationships, adhering to all regulatory and compliance
- requirements.
- Engage in the enhancement of treasury processes and technology for increased efficiency and
- reliability.
- Provide insightful financial forecasts and reports to senior management, underlining critical
- financial trends and risk factors.
- Support strategic financial initiatives, analyzing market data to inform investment and funding
- decisions.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure integrated and efficient financial operations, aiding the
- company’s growth objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Brings at least 2 years of relevant experience in treasury or finance, with a preference for backgrounds in fintech or financial services.
- Has advanced MS Excel knowledge.
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of various financial instruments and markets.
- Exhibits strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and communication proficiency.
- Speaks English and Russian at a fully professional level.
